　We are looking for a Hardware DevelopmentDirector to lead a platform team that will create products and an evaluationplatform based upon our own ASICs.

　1.You willlead the hardware development team responsible for developing an evaluationplatform to verify the performance and quality of our internally developed ASICs

　2.Manage the team to create products around our ASICs

　3.Hire a team of hardware engineers to support the company

　1.10+ relevant experience hardware and system integration working for an ASIC design company

　2.Experience with DDR Electrical characterization testing and production qualification

　3.Thermal design experience, familiar with cooling technologies and knowledge in power characterization

　4.Experience withserver-based products, PCIe, and computer motherboard designs

　5.Experience withSchematic and layout tools

　6.An ability to lead Hardware projects

　7.Experience withManaging ODM

　8.Experiencewith SI simulations

　9.Education & Experience

　10.MSEE preferred and relevant experience within technicaldiscipline
